Do you do custom orders?+
Depending on studio availability, JYS may be able to take a custom order. Send your request with the event details, theme and deadline.
Do you offer digital files?+
No. JYS sells finished physical signs, printed directly to Coroplast and contour cut.
How long does shipping take?+
Delivery depends on the shipping method selected. Expedited orders are generally sent by FedEx Overnight, but carrier delivery times are not guaranteed, so please plan ahead.
Do the signs come with stakes?+
Stakes are sold separately and are not included with signs unless a product listing says otherwise.
Can I use a discount code?+
After adding items to your cart, enter the code in the order summary at checkout. Some items, including stakes and sets, may not be eligible.
